Head Chef
We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of authentic Mexican cuisine, and mentor a talented team of cooks. You'll collaborate directly with management to develop seasonal menus that honor the traditions that make chuy's unique.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of culinary experience, preferably in Mexican or Latin cuisine
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
- Ability to manage food costs, inventory, and ordering
- Passion for authentic flavors and ingredient quality
Front of House Manager
As Front of House Manager, you'll oversee daily dining operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a team of servers and hosts. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and inspire your team will set the tone for every shift at Chuys.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Line Cook
Join our kitchen as a Line Cook and bring energy, skill, and consistency to every plate. You'll prepare authentic Mexican dishes following Chuys recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation through high-volume service periods.
Key Requirements
- 1+ years of line cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Familiarity with Mexican ingredients and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Server / Bartender
Our servers and bartenders are the face of Chuys. You'll create memorable dining experiences, guide guests through our menu, and craft incredible margaritas and signature cocktails. Your warm energy and product knowledge will keep guests coming back for more.
Key Requirements
- Prior serving or bartending experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of cocktails and familiarity with Mexican spirits
- Must be 21+ for bartender positions (Florida law)
- Ability to handle a busy section with grace and efficiency
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help us grow the Chuys brand across social media, email, and local marketing channels. You'll create engaging content that captures the energy of our restaurant, manage our social presence, and drive traffic through creative campaigns that connect with our Orlando community and beyond.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email platforms
- Strong writing, photography, and content creation skills
- Experience with restaurant or hospitality brands is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance
